All of my glass products are made at the torch by me and only me, I'm also the only one that will be answering your messages or comments on socials so you know that if you ask a question you're going to get a direct answer.
Every piece of glass is kiln annealed for maximum durability, annealing is a process that holds the glass at a certain temperature for a set amount of time then cools in a slow and controlled way so all the molecules that were bouncing around inside the hot glass can find their place and settle in.
For returns on eligible items, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original, unused condition.
Once received, refunds for returned items will be processed, including the original base shipping. Optional shipping upgrade costs are not refunded.
Memorial items are ineligible for return as they are highly personalised items.

Description
What's stopping you from making the switch to reuseable?
Leaves a weird taste - This doesn't happen with glass, you are guarenteed the actual favour of your drink with no strange extra tastes.
Difficult to clean - Glass straws are considered the cleanest if hygine is a concern. You can just rinse them after use, plus they are dishwasher safe.
Glass will break easily - I've designed these to be highly durable with a thick 2mm of glass, they are more durable than a drinking glass.
They can break though?
Yes, glass is a breakable material so it can happen (they do have a particular adversion to concrete or tiled floors) but it does take more than you might think it does to break one of my glass straws. You may think that biting on the straw might be an issue if you have previously chewed on straws (we all did it) but biting won't break the glass, unless you have the jaw strength of a hydrolic press, generally I would advise not biting on your straw as it can do more harm to your teeth than it would the straw.
What type of glass are they made of?
All of my products are made from borosilicate glass, borosilicate glass was invented in 1887 so it's been around a long time and it is stonger than soda lime glass which is what is typically used for your average drinking glass. You will usually find borosilicate glass used in scientific applications because it's naturally inert and can withstand significant temprature changes. These properties also made borosilicate food safe and the ideal choice for kitchenware. PYREX glass became synonomous with borosilicate because of the range of kitchenware though not all Pyrex is borosiicate.
